Refund policy

All products sold by The Considered Commerce Co. are digital files delivered by download link.

All sales are final.

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the download link has been issued. The link is issued automatically at checkout, which means access is granted the moment your order is placed.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing so you know what is and isn't included.

If something goes wrong

We will always fix a delivery problem. Contact us at hello@theconsideredcommerceco.com and we'll sort it out if:

• — The download link doesn't work, or expired before you could use it
• — The file is corrupted or won't open
• — You were charged more than once for the same order
• — You received a different product than the one you purchased

For any of these, we'll re-issue the file or refund the order. Email us within 30 days of purchase and include your order number.

What isn't a refund reason

• — Changing your mind after downloading
• — Deciding the content isn't what you expected, where the product description was accurate
• — Results, or lack of results, from applying anything in any of our products

Statutory rights

Some jurisdictions grant consumers a right to cancel digital purchases. Where such a right applies to you by law, it is not affected by this policy. By completing your purchase and downloading the file, you may be waiving a statutory cancellation right where that is permitted in your jurisdiction.
